THE SISTERHOOD RIDE
Different Roads. Different Stories. One Sisterhood.
Founded by long-distance motorcyclist, speaker, entrepreneur, and community advocate Shantell Williams, The Sisterhood Ride brings women from different backgrounds, cultures, ages, communities, and riding experiences together through the power of the open road.
This is more than a motorcycle ride.
It is a journey of resilience, healing, representation, history, adventure, and sisterhood. We travel the back roads, learn the stories of the communities we pass through, honor women who paved the way before us, and create space for women to discover their own strength.

OUR FIRST SIGNATURE JOURNEY
The Sisterhood Ride to Sturgis
Beginning August 1, 2026, a diverse group of women will depart from Daytona Beach, Florida, and travel the back roads to Sturgis, South Dakota.
The journey will honor legendary motorcyclist Bessie Stringfield and other trailblazing women whose courage made new roads possible for generations to follow.
Along the way, the riders will share their personal stories, visit meaningful historical locations, connect with local communities, support businesses, and show the world what is possible when women ride together with purpose.
The journey will conclude in the Black Hills during the historic celebration of Bessie Stringfield’s induction into the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum Hall of Fame.

THE ROAD CONTINUES
The Sisterhood Ride to Sturgis is only the beginning.
Future journeys may include:
The Sisterhood Ride to Daytona
The Sisterhood Ride to Milwaukee
The Sisterhood Ride to Miami
The Sisterhood Ride Legacy Tour
The Sisterhood Ride Backroads Experience
Every destination may change, but the mission remains the same: bringing women together, honoring history, sharing our stories, and reminding one another that we are stronger together.

OUR MISSION
The mission of The Sisterhood Ride is to unite, empower, and celebrate women through purposeful motorcycle journeys, storytelling, history, community engagement, and shared experiences on the open road.
We believe that women do not have to come from the same place, look the same, believe the same, or travel the same road to stand beside one another.
There is room for every story in this sisterhood.
